Comfort
It is your time, and you should delight in the experience. It should be relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. Please notify the Spa/Salon Director at 860.673-6011 if you don't feel your experience was everything you thought it should be. We pride ourselves on customer service and want to know of any issues that may occur during your time with us.

When Should You Arrive
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service. This will enable you to be seen as soon as the last client is finished. It also gives our front desk staff time to make sure all your information is updated and accurate. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you remain updated about our services and promotions so having accurate information is vital in the process.

If You Are Pregnant
We have many services you may schedule to have when you are pregnant but a few you might want to wait for until after you have your child. If you have any questions about which services are right for you please contact our Spa/Salon Director and she can assist you in your choices.

Gift Certificates
You can be mailed a gift certificate at any time. Please contact the Director and they will mail one out to you. We take Mastercard and Visa for phone orders. We will ship the card to you or directly to the person receiving the card. You must have the three digit security code off the back of your card when ordering. You will also be asked for your billing zip code.

Special Health Considerations

Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any special requirements regarding your health. We are handicap accessible and will do our best to accommodate all of your needs.

Running Late
If you arrive late ex: 15 minutes your service will have to be cut by the time that you are late. If we don't have a client right after your service we will make the exception and give you your full service time. But we can not accommodate the full time if a client is booked after your service.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you are canceling your appointment. We need time to fill the appointment time you are giving up. We can not fill it in a couple of hours notice. Right now we do not charge clients for less than a 24 hour notice. But we reserve the right to change that at anytime.

Spa/Salon Tours
You are more then welcome to come in and visit our facility for a tour prior to your service. We are very proud of our new facility and we enjoy the opportunity to show you around.

The Spa
The spa is not meant for children. Unless they are receiving a service. We need to keep the atmosphere in the spa very quiet and serene. So we try to keep noise to a minimum. The salon is very child friendly and welcomes children at anytime with or with out a service.

Product Returns
Products that are unopened may be returned in 5 business days with a receipt. A refund is given in the original form of payment. Cash may given at the director's approval.

Prices
Prices are subject to change at the owner or director's discretion. If you have any question about pricing please contact our front desk customer service representative's and they will be happy to answer your questions.
